I am super excited to bring you my own maternity shoot today, exactly a month before Kaleb will make his arrival (unless he decides to surprise us earlier). Melanie Wessels, who also took my wedding photos and who was the person that motivated me to start lovilee was responsible for this awesome shoot. And does she make me look totally photogenic?!
We wanted to do a maternity shoot at home so that we could also take photos of little manny’s room (view it in this link). It was also way more relaxed doing it at home and I was able to do some wardrobe changes and add some of the gifts and special things that he received at the baby shower.
There were no photos taken at the baby shower so I asked Melanie to take some of the stationary to share as well.
Daddy had the idea to add a watermelon to the shoot… It was totally fun and even ended up getting a face with its own personality.
