I was so excited when I got selected to take part in an exciting #DecorlandDIY 2015 Challenge. Three bloggers. Lovilee, Ask Ashe and I Want That, were selected to revamp one window in their homes making use of some of the great products that Decorland sells.
Decorland products are available from selected Game stores and their range includes custom and ready-made blinds, curtain rods and accessories as well as a some lovilee wallpapers.
I decided to do a revamp on not only a window, but a whole room in our new home. I am in love with the monochrome colours making headway this year. Initially I decided on an open office space in our house, but this room has become a play and tv room (although I hope to host a series of creative workshops here in the new year). We inherited a pink room with some stenciling, and I decided to do a full revamp and start using this room as my home office. I can’t wait to start share the finished room with you.
There will also be a great give-away launched soon where winners selected from all the entries will each win a R5000 voucher to makeover their own windows with products from Decorland. Follow our design journeys on the hashtag #DecorlandDIY on Twitter and Instagram.

The Decorland items I will be using include:
I am re-purposing my grandfather’s workbench for an office desk and have ordered a ‘YAY’ flag banner from Zana Products.
I have also decided to again make use of a pegboard. I had one in my previous office space and found it both useful and pretty. I hate looking in drawers for washi tapes! Link to the full post.

Love this post so inspired. Where did you get your peg board from
I bought the board from Timbercity and assembled it myself 🙂
