Method
Place the apples and lemon juice in a pot and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on.
Place the flour and brown sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Add the butter to flour mixture and rub the butter until a crumble mixture is formed.
Put the apples in a pie dish sprinkle with the light brown sugar and raisins. Pour the crumble mixture over the mixture.
Bake at 200 Degrees Celcius for 30 minutes.
Serve with custard and cream.
