We have been having seriously warms days here in Johannesburg over the past few weeks, so decided to share a Banana split Vegan chocolate ice lollies recipe to help cool you and the little ones down. If you have some ice lolly moulds this is definitely one that you should try.

Cool down this summer with these banana split Vegan chocolate ice lollies

Vegan Chocolate Popsicle

Prep Time2 hrs

Ingredients

 1 cup Almond Milk
 2 Ripe Bananas
 ½ cup Frozen Strawberries
 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
 2 tbsp Fructose Sugar / White Granulated Sugar

Method

1

Place all the ingredients and blend on high speed until you have a smooth consistency.

Pour the mixture into moulds and place in the freezer.

Freeze for 90 minutes - 2 hours and then insert the sticks into the ice lolly moulds. (If you have a Zoku Ice Pop maker this process will take less time)

Freeze until solid.

Enjoy these on a hot summers day!
