Thank you so much to these lovilees for allowing us to re-post this amazingly beautiful shoot. Text below from Mooi Troues:
Have you ever considered using a black wedding colour scheme for your special day, but have been sceptical? Mooi Troues shows how you can use black in an elegant way, paired with the right flowers and décor it can look truly beautiful. The styled shoot took place at the exquisite reception venue, Landtscap in conjunction with Leipzig, responsible for both the flowers and décor.
The first hint that you need to take note of, is that when working with black it is always a good idea to bring in some other colours instead of an all black theme. Even though this might seem impossible, there are various degrees of black, when using these blacks together the overall picture might look untidy.
Make use of various bright colours like pinks, purples and greens to accent the black. Using glass in conjunction with these colours in you décor will also compliment the black. If you are using a pretty table there is no need to use a table cloth, especially is you make use of a natural wood table. The table colour will bring the whole picture together nicely.
Other décor items include succulents, red onions, figs and grapes. Black and white stationary is always on tend, w used a beautiful design from Invitation Gallery. The globe we used can be purchased from @Home. Should you be looking for unique drinking glasses Poetry is a definite must.
