Zander and Desiree’s photoshoot was a fun, colourful e-session, captured by Charl van der Merwe. The images were taken in the heart of Polokwane, although the original plan was to photograph the couple on their smallholding just outside town, they opted to start the session at the Irish House Museum. This historic buildings’ colours were the perfect backdrop for this session. Thereafter they made their way on a road outside the town that leads past an old building with a beautiful blue wall. The second location for the shoot.
The couple met via mutual friends in 2009 but only really started their relationship in 2013. Zander took the liberty of showing Desire, a true city girl, the beauty of Tzaneen and exposed her to farm life. He stole her heart with romantic picnics and his love for good wine and music. They got engaged early last year and are planning to exchange their vows on their farm between the avo trees where their love blossomed at first. Not only is this a lovilee spot on the farm, but also has sentimental value for both Zander and Desiree.
May you feel loved this valentines day!
