Amo Venter from Amo Creative conceptualised and coordinated this stunning corporate styled shoot. This lifestyle shoot is focused on the always overlooked corporate section of the ever diverse events industry. What was always seen as boring and “stiff’ is now a thing of the past as companies are taking more risks and starting to think outside the box to keep everyone attending these events, intrigued. Think beautiful tablescapes and an outdoor entertainment section.
Whether you are planning a wedding, creative get together, strategy session or even a conference – the decor can be inspirational. With one basic theme or colour scheme you can create various looks to ensure you capture everyone’s eye. The first look and tablescape is a bold theme with a darker colour palette – a more masculine approach consisting of gold, black, mustard yellow and various shades of blue. The creatives from MYUZU that were responsible for the flowers and styling used Narcissus flowers a stark contract to the background, but simply stunning.
You will also see that we have tried to show that this colour palette can be altered to a softer version, perfect for spring, if the client wanted something more feminine. This second look of the Corporate event inspiration shoot’s tables capes featured some broken ceramics which were complimented with the use of hydrangeas, plumbago and garlic flowers. The linen was supplied by Table Cloth Hiring.
Rules are meant to be broken so why stay with the old and boring? Make all events memorable and fun.
The shoot took place at the new Zarose venue situated on the outskirts of Stellenbosch, South Africa. All of the furniture for the shoot was supplied by Grand Room Design. I just love the informal lounge set up which is the perfect way to get guests attending and event or wedding to relax and converse with others. And those drinks trolleys!!!
What is an event without good coffee?? Rent a coffee station and barista to attend your event and end each function off perfectly. Coffee supplied by Chain Coffee.
All of the images for this corporate styled shoot were captured by photographer Stephanie de Jager. Models on the day were Niki Du Toit, Carla Swart and Francois Swan. MUAH on the day was Nooi, with dresses by Dress Code and suit from The Roots Movement.
