By now you’ll know that the Lovilee theme for May is ‘Staying cosy’ & since I’m no fan of the cold, this theme really excites me – I’m an absolute pro at keeping warm! Water bottles, gas heater, thick blankets, piping hot coffee and fluffy socks… you name it, I have it. No jokes! But just because it’s cold out, it doesn’t mean that we have to cut back on the pretty…
This month we’ve done a handsome Free cold feet sock label printable for the groom and his men in a classic design especially for our Lovilee brides-to-be. These sock labels will be perfect for keeping your groom’s feet warm! We’ve also expanded the design into a range that includes labels for the best man, groomsmen and the fathers of the bride and groom.
Keeping to timeless colors and design, these will not only be perfect for on-the-day stationery, but will also make a great addition if you’re doing favor boxes for the groomsmen. You’ll fall in love with the modern font combination in a gunmetal and a white option & I ensure you that no husband-to-be will be able to complain about it being too girly (trust me ladies, I’ve been there).
These are super simple to make and you’ll have them done in no time at all. You can download the printable pdf in this link. They can be printed in black or in white.
You will need
- Downloaded the free cold feet sock label design, printed onto A3 cardstock
- Steel ruler and art knife
- Thin double sided tape
- Socks of your choice, or matching your wedding colors
To make
- Cut out all the labels, using the crop marks in the corners as your guides. Be careful not to cut too far past the crop marks.
- Once cut, wrap the label around the folded sock and secure with double sided tape on the ends.
Be romantic with these and spoil your husband-to-be with a few thoughtful gifts, a heartfelt letter and a couple of his favourite things on your big day.
