I met Natja Reney from Garniche Studio at an event to celebrate the launch of the M.Studio on-line store earlier this year. Natja is a true creative and has some very lovilee styled shoots in her portfolio. One such shoot is this lovilee Love is in the air: Delft styled shoot, that we are spoiling you with today.
This shoot reminded me of our Delft inspired Christmas Styled shoot that I commissioned last year, and what better way to spoil you with some pretty eye candy to end this year off with. The beautiful images are by Wedding and Lifestyle photographer Ian Odendaal.
Inspiration behind the shoot
The lovilees of Garniche Studios were responsible for both the concept and styling for the shoot. They were inspired by the idea of a fresh summer garden wedding, where special people come together to celebrate love. For this concept, we wanted to literally portray ‘Love is in the Air’, with a lush garden setting, hugged by blue skies. The blue sky, filled with fluffy white clouds, was one of the most significant elements for this shoot, which we wanted to repeat in the food and décor.
Blue and white delft crockery and biscuits were some of the most exciting elements on the shoot, with touches of peach to hint at the colour of the sunset and enhance the blue and white colour palette.
