Nicola started Simply Granola in 2016 out a love for all things healthy and wholesome. She is a firm believer that each day should be celebrated with an active start, splattered with the occasional sleep in. Whether fast-paced or slightly slower – no morning should go by without a seriously rockin’ granola cereal!
She has used a conscious selection of good-for-you ingredients that promise greatness with every mouthful. Each and every batch of granolas from production to packaging is done by herself. You literally get the product straight from her (might I add beautiful!) kitchen in Somerset Wes to yours.

I think it is important to note that minimalism shouldn’t be an endless pursuit of a state of being, but rather a way of living. To me, personally, minimalism means conscious living – to consciously make a decision for quality over quantity. To be mindful of how I consume and create, to give more than what I choose to keep. Minimalism to me isn’t necessarily white, or empty spaces, but simply a life that is void of the unnecessary.
What products are sold by Simply Granola
There is currently three homemade granola collections available – Oh My Cocoa! granola for the chocolate lovers, a Peanut Butter flavoured granola and a classic granola option. All the options are available in two size packets 250g and 650g. And if you can’t make up your mind on which one of the granolas you want to try out, there is a starter kit that offers a 250g bag of each of the flavours.
In addition to the granolas there is also the option to purchase some honey in an 800g size container.
